Two vandals unleashed chaos at a Christmas market in Germany, attacking animals, defecating in a church, and destroying decorations in a spree that left locals horrified.
The shocking incident took place on November 30 at the Erbach Castle Christmas market. Witnesses say the culprits targeted Max and Lily, two friendly donkeys in a living Nativity scene, punching them in the face when they approached to greet visitors. A bystander chased the vandals away, but the animals had to be taken back to their farm to recover, according to Hit Radio FFH.
The destructive pair didn’t stop there. Reports say they also defecated inside a Protestant church in the city center, adding an extra layer of shock to the spree.
At the market itself, the vandals damaged decorations, stole items, broke an electrical box, and even vandalized public restrooms, leaving the festive scene in disarray.
Local police are actively investigating the incidents as the community reels from the unexpected holiday violence.
