The Justice Department just dropped a bombshell, releasing a secret interview transcript with convicted sex trafficker Ghislaine Maxwell — and it’s sending shockwaves through Washington.

In the tapes, Maxwell repeatedly defends President Donald Trump, praising him as “cordial,” “kind,” and even “a gentleman,” while denying any knowledge of his involvement with Jeffrey Epstein’s alleged network.

Critics aren’t buying it. The interview wasn’t conducted by a neutral investigator but by Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche — Trump’s former personal criminal defense attorney. Democrats are calling the exchange a “staged absolution” designed to shield the president as questions about his ties to Epstein refuse to go away.

“Trump was always very cordial and very kind to me,” Maxwell said, calling his rise to the presidency “an extraordinary achievement.” She insisted she “never” saw Trump do anything inappropriate, adding, “I like him, and I’ve always liked him.”

Photos tell a different story. Trump, Epstein, and Maxwell were frequently spotted together in Palm Beach high society, including at Mar-a-Lago in 2000. Yet Maxwell downplayed any personal closeness, claiming she saw Trump only “in social settings” and insisting, “I never witnessed the President in any inappropriate setting in any way.”

Maxwell’s sudden transfer to a cushy minimum-security prison in Texas just days after her two-day interview with Blanche has only fueled suspicions of a sweetheart deal. Senator Elizabeth Warren didn’t hold back, blasting the move as “deeply suspicious” and warning that “Americans deserve to know whether Maxwell is protecting Trump in exchange for special treatment.”

The timing couldn’t be worse for the Trump administration. Just four months ago, Epstein accuser Virginia Giuffre — who once worked at Mar-a-Lago and claimed Maxwell recruited her there — died by suicide. Her death has reignited calls for transparency, with Democrats accusing the White House of “slow-walking” the release of Epstein-related files.

Maxwell also dodged questions about whether Trump submitted a sexually suggestive drawing for Epstein’s 50th birthday book, despite reports from The Wall Street Journal suggesting he did. “I do not remember,” she told Blanche — a phrase she repeated so often it has already sparked a social media storm.

Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez called the transcript “a cover-up disguised as cooperation,” accusing the Justice Department of protecting “powerful men at the expense of Epstein’s victims.”

The scandal isn’t going away. With Epstein dead, Maxwell imprisoned, and Trump back in the White House, Democrats say the American public deserves the full truth about what really went on inside Epstein’s circle — and who knew what, and when.

“This isn’t just about Epstein,” Senator Warren warned. “It’s about power, abuse, and a government hiding the facts. Every time the White House tries to bury this, they dig themselves deeper.”

  1. Surprised WOKE NextGen ran this type of story… clearing Trump…
Democrat judges are still blocking release of the Epstein Files to protect Bill Clinton and other Democrats… Trump may be able to get around them…

  2. The democrats are trying so hard to tie President Trump to Epstein, why don’t they look at their own party?
For the last four years when the democrats had the white house and both houses, the republicans wanted the same transcripts released and the democrats refused, but now they want everything released.
They probably cut everything identifying anymore within the democratic circle and making sure republicans were left in the open.
Just my opinion and I know how far that goes if someone doesn’t agree!

  3. Why can’t I make a ‘WE THE PEOPLE ARREST’. Sick of the bull shit waitingWaiting for what till everyone is dead and then come out with it like they did with the Kennedy murder
