President Donald Trump is once again stirring political outrage online after sharing a bizarre prison-themed meme targeting some of his most prominent enemies, including former President Barack Obama and former FBI Director James Comey.

The image, posted Sunday on Truth Social, reimagined the classic sitcom The Brady Bunch as “The Shady Bunch,” with mugshot-style photos of Obama, Comey and several other Trump critics placed in the show’s familiar grid layout.

But this was no harmless parody.

In the edited image, the figures appeared dressed in orange prison jumpsuits, while Trump accused the group of damaging the country through what he has repeatedly called political “weaponization.”

“This is a bad (Sick!) group of people,” Trump wrote in the caption. “Very destructive to our great Nation. Caused tremendous damage through Weaponization!”

The post immediately raised eyebrows because it appeared to show a sitting president publicly fantasizing about political opponents behind bars, a theme Trump has repeatedly embraced while accusing Democrats, investigators and former Obama-era officials of conspiring against him.

Trump’s latest social media blast comes as his feud with Comey has taken another dramatic turn.

According to Mediaite, the Justice Department recently secured another indictment against the former FBI director, adding to the legal storm surrounding one of Trump’s longest-running political enemies.

The latest controversy reportedly centers on a social media post Comey shared that featured seashells arranged to read “86 47.” Trump allies interpreted the phrase as a coded threat against Trump, the 47th president.

Comey has rejected that interpretation and has publicly mocked the allegations. During a recent interview with CNN’s Jake Tapper, he suggested he might even qualify for money from the Trump administration’s controversial $1.776 billion “anti-weaponization” fund.

“It’s to compensate people who’ve been targeted by the Justice Department for, they say, personal, political or ideological reasons,” Comey said.

“So I’m guessing I’ll be in line. I hope I’ll be ahead of those who savagely beat police officers and sacked the Capitol,” he added, taking a clear swipe at Jan. 6 rioters who have also been cast by Trump and his allies as political victims.

For Democrats and Trump critics, the “Shady Bunch” meme is another example of how the president uses social media to blur the line between political attack and presidential pressure campaign.

Trump has spent years accusing the FBI, the Justice Department, Obama-era officials and Democrats of targeting him unfairly. But critics argue that his own posts often appear to encourage retribution against opponents, especially when he portrays former officials as criminals before courts have reached any final judgment.

This is not the first time Trump has faced backlash over a disturbing edited or AI-generated post aimed at political rivals.

Earlier this year, Trump was criticized after sharing a video on Truth Social that placed the faces of Barack Obama and former first lady Michelle Obama onto apes while The Tokens’ The Lion Sleeps Tonight played in the background.

The video was later deleted after critics condemned it as racist, but Trump refused to apologize when asked about it by reporters aboard Air Force One.

“No, I didn’t make a mistake,” Trump said at the time.

A White House official later claimed the video had been uploaded “erroneously” by a staffer, while press secretary Karoline Leavitt dismissed the backlash as “fake outrage.”

The new “Shady Bunch” post is likely to fuel more questions about Trump’s approach to political enemies at a time when the justice system, presidential power and partisan revenge remain at the center of the national debate.

For Trump supporters, the meme may look like another punchy online jab from a president who thrives on confrontation.

For his critics, it looks like something more alarming: a president using his platform to portray rivals as prisoners while his administration continues to target figures he has long denounced.
