Wynonna Judd’s daughter, Grace Kelley, 28, was reportedly arrested and charged with three misdemeanors in Carroll County, Georgia.
Per Carroll County Jail records, Kelley was booked on Aug. 3 for driving while license suspended or revoked, motorcycle equipment not used properly and fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer. She spent only a day in jail and was released Aug. 4th on $2,750 bond.
In April, Kelley was taken into custody at Elmore County Jail after she allegedly “exposed her breasts and lower body” at the intersection between Interstate 65 and Highway 14 in Millbrook, Ala., and then refused to identify herself to police. She was then charged with indecent exposure and obstructing governmental operations, and her bond was set for $1000.
Kelley has a long history of legal trouble, stretching all the way back to 2016 when she was arrested for meth possession. In 2018, she was sentenced to eight years in prison for violating her probation and leaving a court-mandated drug recovery program.
She was released from jail in 2022, but was then arrested and put back in jail in May 2023 for violating an order of protection and restraining order and a parole violation, according to The Daily Beast . She was released just five months later in October 2023.
Kelly also welcomed a daughter, named Kaliyah Chanel, while she was on a temporary leave of absence from jail in March 2022.
We hope that Kelley gets the help that she needs.
