Joy Behar unloaded on President Donald Trump during Wednesday’s fiery episode of “The View,” accusing the commander-in-chief of suffering from “mental disorders” after he admitted he doesn’t think about Americans’ financial struggles while weighing foreign policy decisions involving Iran.

The explosive exchange came as the ABC talk show panel tore into Trump over inflation, rising costs, and the growing financial pressure facing working families across the country.

Co-host Whoopi Goldberg kicked off the heated segment by painting a grim picture of the economy, warning viewers that many Americans are feeling squeezed harder than ever.

“Inflation is at a three-year high, paychecks are shrinking, and the war in Iran is costing Americans from the gas pump to the grocery store,” Goldberg said.

Sara Haines then reminded viewers that affordability was one of the biggest promises Trump made during the 2024 presidential election campaign — a message she said resonated deeply with frustrated voters.

“People came out in droves, and this is what he does to thank them,” Haines said. “The truest thing he may have ever said in his life was, ‘I literally don’t think about the American people at this point.’”

That remark appeared to set off Behar, who launched into one of the show’s most brutal attacks on Trump in recent weeks.

“Now he’s at the point in his mental disorders where he’s now speaking the truth,” Behar said bluntly.

She then compared Trump’s comments to former President Bill Clinton’s famous “I feel your pain” message to struggling Americans.

“We went from ‘I feel your pain’ to ‘So what? Who cares?’” Behar fumed. “That’s basically what this guy is saying to the American people and to his own cult, who voted for him because he promised to fix prices, incomes, and inflation — and he’s done nothing.”

The conversation quickly shifted to the escalating tensions involving Iran, with the panel openly questioning the administration’s handling of the conflict.

Behar argued the United States is now “at the same place they were before he started this,” accusing Trump of misleading the public about the results of military action.

“Just shut up and stop lying about the war,” she said.

Sunny Hostin backed up the criticism by citing reports claiming Iran still retains much of its missile infrastructure despite White House claims that the country has been severely weakened.

According to Hostin, Iran has allegedly “retained 70 percent of its pre-war missile stockpile and 30 of its 33 missile sites along the Strait of Hormuz.”

She also blasted the financial toll of the conflict.

“We get this illegal, unconstitutional war of choice — the president’s choice — and we have not obliterated their nuclear capability at all, and it’s cost us $29 billion,” Hostin said. “And when I say ‘us,’ I mean taxpayers.”

Goldberg later argued that Trump’s latest comments simply confirmed what critics have believed for years.

“He didn’t care about Americans’ health care when he let the Affordable Care Act subsidies expire,” Goldberg said. “He didn’t care about Americans’ safety when TSA agents went unpaid for over 40 days. He didn’t care about his own supporters begging for no more wars. And now he doesn’t care that Americans can’t afford to feed their families.”

The intense on-air clash immediately sparked outrage and debate online, with Trump supporters slamming the hosts for what they called “unhinged attacks,” while critics of the president praised the panel for voicing frustrations many Americans are already feeling as economic anxiety continues to grow.
