Andrew Windsor’s world is collapsing fast. Freshly unsealed Jeffrey Epstein files have dragged the disgraced royal back into the spotlight, with palace insiders whispering that he’s now a “dead man walking” and preparing to slip out of Britain altogether to avoid a grilling from American investigators.

The latest document dump from the U.S. Department of Justice — millions of pages tied to Epstein’s trafficking network — includes photos, emails, and correspondence that critics say paint an even clearer picture of Windsor’s long-running ties to the late financier. The former Duke of York, 65, stripped of his titles last year, is once again facing renewed demands to testify before a U.S. congressional committee examining the government’s handling of Epstein and his alleged co-conspirators.

British Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer added public pressure this week, reminding reporters that investigators must “put Epstein’s victims first” and that anyone with information “should be prepared to share it.”

The revived scrutiny comes as the BBC aired claims from a second woman who says she was sent to the UK for sex with Windsor in 2010 while in her 20s, echoing earlier allegations by Virginia Giuffre, who accused the royal of sexually assaulting her at age 17 after being trafficked by Epstein. Windsor has denied all such claims and has remained silent on the new accusations.

The Epstein files also reveal bizarre details about the disgraced financier’s attempts to rope high-profile figures into his orbit — including involving Queen Elizabeth II in promoting a Harvey Weinstein film — as well as emails about investments tied to Libya and Afghanistan. Palace insiders say the disclosures justify the royal family’s long-running efforts to phase Windsor out entirely.

“There’s a sense this chapter is closing fast,” one source told us. “People around him believe he will definitely move to the Middle East to escape sustained legal grilling. He’s essentially a dead man walking in royal circles and may soon be shunned even more by The Firm.”

Even so, Windsor was spotted riding near Royal Lodge recently, looking relaxed as renovations continue on a future home at the Sandringham estate.

Meanwhile, U.S. lawmakers are turning up the heat. Several have called on Windsor to testify about his friendship with Epstein as the investigation widens — especially after images in the newly released files show him on all fours atop an unidentified woman. The evidence trove also includes compromising photos of Lord Peter Mandelson and emails showing Sir Richard Branson advising Epstein on how to rebuild his public image and joking about bringing a “harem.”

As the pressure mounts and royal patience wears thin, one question remains: will Andrew Windsor actually face investigators — or will he vanish overseas before they ever get the chance?
