Shocking video out of London shows a raging customer at a McDonald’s jumping the counter and attacking employees in a wild brawl that’s now under police investigation.
The fight broke out at a McDonald’s in the Acton area of west London and was caught on camera by what appears to be a delivery driver waiting for an order. In the footage, posted to X on Thursday, the man can be seen hurling something over the counter before climbing on top of it and leaping into the kitchen.

Once behind the counter, he goes straight for one worker, swinging a punch as two other employees try to hold him back. Customers and delivery drivers look on in shock as a female staff member can be heard shouting, “Can you help us please? Drivers, please! Drivers, can you help us?”
Despite the assault, the workers avoid hitting back, instead trying to restrain him. But the attacker breaks free, tackles his target to the ground, and continues to grapple with him. Two staffers eventually drag the man off by his shirt, nearly ripping it off in the struggle.
McDonald’s stated that they are cooperating with police and slammed the behavior as “completely unacceptable,” stressing their zero-tolerance policy toward violence.
The incident comes as London faces growing concerns over crime. The city was recently ranked the 15th most dangerous in Europe — considered less safe than New York, Los Angeles, and Dallas — with rising rates of drug use, assaults, and fear of walking alone at night.
Police have not said if the suspect has been arrested.
