Gary Michael Hilton, one of the country’s oldest living serial killers, is finally speaking out — and he’s confessing to a brutal murder he’s kept quiet about for nearly two decades.

The 78-year-old, infamously known as The National Forest Serial Killer, sat down with Court TV’s investigative reporter David Scott in a chilling face-to-face interview. TMZ obtained an exclusive preview, and it’s as disturbing as it is revealing.

Hilton is currently sitting on Florida’s Death Row for a gruesome multi-state killing spree that spanned from 2007 to 2008. He was convicted of murdering four people across Florida, Georgia, and North Carolina — all in remote national forests. While he previously admitted to three of the killings, he had long denied involvement in the murder of Cheryl Dunlap, a Florida nurse and devout Christian who vanished in Leon County in 2007.

Until now.

In the new clip, Scott describes Hilton as every woman’s worst nightmare — a label the serial killer doesn’t shy away from. In fact, Hilton appears to relish the attention. As the interview turns to the case of Cheryl Dunlap, Hilton shocks viewers by confirming what prosecutors have long believed: he was the one who abducted, killed, and dismembered her.

Even more unsettling, Hilton seems completely at ease while describing the details.

So why is he talking now?

In a separate clip, Hilton explains that his health is failing. He says he’s suffering from congestive heart failure and doesn’t expect to live much longer. With time running out, he agreed to a no-holds-barred interview with Scott, promising what he calls a “Lollapalooza” of a conversation that will “knock your socks off.”

He even refers to himself as a “different breed” of serial killer — part sociopath, part calculated predator.

After 17 years behind bars and a mountain of unanswered questions, Hilton is finally cracking open the vault. Whether it’s genuine remorse, a twisted desire for attention, or just a man with nothing left to lose, the full interview promises to shed new light on one of America’s most chilling killers.

You can catch the full special on Court TV this Sunday, April 13.
