Roy McCauley’s career with Team Penske was marked by numerous achievements and a dedication that resonated throughout the auto racing community.

He played a pivotal role as the crew chief during Team Penske’s first Daytona 500 victory in 2008 and was instrumental in overhauling the team’s processes within their NASCAR assembly shop. Described as a “make it happen” kind of person, McCauley was also a gifted engineer whose innovations and leadership were central to the team’s success.
