Trump Club Forces Women into ‘Humiliating’ Tight Uniforms

A former MAGA loyalist says Donald Trump’s prized Bedminster golf club turned her dream job into a nightmare.

Maria Hadley, hired early this year as a banquet server, claims the New Jersey resort forced female staff to wear uniforms so tight they were “basically child-sized.” When she complained, she says her manager snapped: “If it doesn’t fit, you don’t work.”

“I was humiliated,” Hadley said. “This place treated women like props.”

Her lawsuit, filed Monday, names both Trump and his son Eric, alleging they presided over a workplace where teenage girls were sexualized and minors were secretly served alcohol by staff. Screenshots in the filing show an underage worker texting Hadley that a bartender kept slipping liquor into her drinks.

Hadley says the moment she reported the behavior, retaliation hit fast. Her hours were cut. Coworkers iced her out. And when Trump visited the clubhouse and promised every employee a $1,000 bonus, Hadley claims she was the only one denied.

“That was punishment,” she said. “I was done.”

The suit is the second in just weeks accusing Bedminster of harassment and misconduct, adding to years of complaints about Trump’s exclusive $350,000-a-year club. Former staffers have described the same toxic culture — and the same silence from leadership.

Eric Trump never responded to Hadley’s plea for help. The Trump Organization has yet to comment.

Hadley says the experience broke her faith in the man she once voted for. “I didn’t expect this from the president I supported,” she said. “But this was the truth behind the curtain.”
