Elon Musk may have built rockets to Mars, but his personal life is orbiting in an entirely different galaxy—one where only one of his many baby mamas is treated like royalty.

Despite fathering at least 14 children with four different women, Musk appears to reserve his highest favor for Shivon Zilis, a Neuralink executive and Yale graduate who insiders say holds a “special status” in the billionaire’s growing empire.

“She’s not just another mother of his kids,” a source familiar with Musk’s inner circle told The Wall Street Journal. “She’s the one he actually prioritizes.”

And the optics back that up. Zilis was recently photographed attending high-profile political meetings in Washington, D.C., including one with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi—with Musk and their children by her side. That appearance came just weeks after she and Musk were spotted mingling with Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez at a pre-inauguration bash for Donald Trump.

Zilis has reportedly given birth to four of Musk’s children, including one as recently as February. She resides in an exclusive gated community in Austin, where Musk reportedly drops in and out, effectively creating a modern-day tech-polygamist compound.

Zilis herself seems completely aligned with Musk’s vision. In a post on X, she praised him as a misunderstood genius:
“No one’s perfect, but I’ve never met anyone who goes through more personal pain to fight for an inspiring future for humanity—and has done so tirelessly for decades.”

But what about the rest?

Other women in Musk’s tangled web—like pop artist Grimes and MAGA-aligned influencer Ashley St. Clair—seem to get less admiration and more NDA-laced hush money.

St. Clair, who revealed she shares a child named Romulus with Musk, allegedly received a $15 million payout and $100,000 monthly to keep quiet about their relationship. According to the Journal, Musk’s right-hand man Jared Birchall claimed similar deals were arranged with Musk’s other partners.

Grimes reportedly drew the line when Musk attempted to move her and their three children into the Austin compound. She rejected the idea of becoming part of what she saw as a curated family collective.

Even Musk’s first wife, Justine Wilson, had her share of drama. The mother of five of his children (a sixth passed away as an infant), Wilson detailed Musk’s financial support in a 2010 Business Insider article. She claimed he paid for all child-related expenses—plus $20,000 a month for her clothing and “discretionary” needs—but balked when she asked for $6 million, a slice of his Tesla stock, and a Roadster.

One of their children, Vivian, publicly disowned Musk and transitioned away from the Musk name, citing ideological differences.

The big picture?

Musk isn’t just building rockets and brain chips—he’s engineering a legacy built on personal reproduction. The world’s richest man has warned of an “underpopulation crisis,” even declaring that “civilization is going to crumble” if intelligent people don’t have more children.

But critics say his “baby legion” isn’t about saving humanity—it’s about control.

“His vision of the future seems to include his own bloodline dominating it,” said one Silicon Valley insider. “That’s not family-building. That’s empire-building.”

And at the center of that empire? Shivon Zilis—the only woman Musk treats like a queen.

If this is Musk’s version of family planning, Americans on both sides of the aisle may want to start asking: Who exactly gets to thrive in Elon’s future—and who gets bought off and silenced?

Because when one woman gets the golden ticket and the others get golden handcuffs, it’s not just drama. It’s dystopia.

  1. More trash talking such reliable in-named news sources like “one Silicon Valley insider said “ or “critics say”! Great reporting! So he likes one girl friend who he had children with over others? So what. Ashley St Clair received $15 million and $100,000 per month! Sounds to me like he took care of her and his children by her rather than the comment she was paid to shut up! His ex-wife gets a large monthly payment too. Again taking care of his responsibilities!!

Making absurd claims that he’s having so many changes to help repopulate the world with smart people, single-handedly is just rubbish talk!

You claim to be a new outlet then report the news not gossip and opinions unless you label it as an editorial or opinion column.

    This is more irresponsible journalism

  2. This sets a very poor example for family values, sleep with multiple partners , have multiple( at least 14) children by multiple mothers. Unbelievable!!! Very Trashy!

  3. Well, certainly not a great example for families. However, he takes better care of all his children than some married men did who have far less money than he does. How about we focus on all the good things he’s done with his businesses. This man generally cares as much about his country as he does with his own children. This hit piece was just another way to get back at Elon Musk because he’s doing a lot of good things for the country.

  4. Wrong to do such a thing, this is polygamy , you support that? Where have morals gone, setting a poor example
