In a series of posts on X (formerly Twitter), Loomer questioned why someone of Chinese descent — despite being born in the U.S. — was advising Trump on national security. She went so far as to link Wong’s wife to the Chinese Communist Party, simply because her father is of Chinese origin and she served under the Obama and Biden administrations.

“Why does NPR have a White House correspondent, but I don’t?” Loomer asked on X, clearly frustrated with her exclusion from the formal press corps.

Despite being on the outside for years, her influence — fueled by conspiracies, social media outrage, and personal attacks — appears to have breached the walls of the Oval Office.
