It was a dung deal at Trump Tower.
A twisted individual left a “smoking bag” of feces outside the iconic 68-story building on Fifth Avenue shortly before 6:30 a.m. Saturday, police said.
Cops are looking for a white man in his 20s clad in a gray coat, black scarf and white sneakers.
“It’s being investigated. The bag was smoking and when it was opened there was paper towel in the form of ash and the feces,” an NYPD spokesperson said. No one was hurt.
“We always have cops out here so they took care of it fast,” a nonplussed Trump Tower doorman starting his shift told The Post.
John McDerment, 65, and his wife, Mery McDerment, 69, a retired couple from Scotland, were unaware of the fecal matter when they emerged following a tour of Trump Tower.
“Wow, that person must be sick in the head. Who would do such a thing?” Mery McDerment said.
“That’s just ludicrous, so childish… Probably anti-Trump too, but that’s just too far,” her husband John added.
The incident occurred as voting began in South Carolina for the Republican primary, where former President Donald Trump is expected to trounce his opponent, ex U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley.
