A woman who has been found dead in her garden with puncture wound in her neck is believed to have been mauled by her own two dogs.

Tiffany L. Frangione, 48, from Houston, Texas, USA, tried to intervene in a fight between her two dogs and the neighbour’s dogs, but her pets turned against her, according to the Daily Mail.

According to the Houston Chronicle, the medical examiner determined her death to have been accidental and caused by “blunt force trauma of her neck with penetrating injuries and mechanical asphyxia”.

Her dogs are a female, three-year-old Alaskan husky mix named Masha and a three-year-old male Cane Corso mix named Rachirius Maximus.

Frangione had owned both dogs since they were puppies, with Masha coming into her life at just three-weeks-old and Rachirius Maximus when he was nine months old.

Houston’s BARC Animal Shelter confirmed to KHOU11.com that those were the dogs involved in the attack and that Frangione’s husband had turned them over to the shelter.

Frangione had posted numerous pictures of her pups on social media and had even created Instagram accounts for both of them. A female three-year-old Alaskan husky mix named Masha

According to her previous posts, in 2019, Rachirius Maximus and Masha had puppies together, which caused her to feel “truly blessed.”

In a 2018 post, Frangione said Rachirius Maximus was born in Dubai and was previously a guard dog.

The post read: “I came to the United States with my two brothers all the way from Dubai.

“I was brought to silently guard a sheik’s compound but found myself conflicted between the job I was hired to do and my kind and loving nature.

“I chose to leave my past of high-profile bodyguard duties and start my life loving and protecting my new masters.”

  1. You break up a dog fight with a gun…one shot into a tree or the ground, and more shots ‘elsewhere’ if needed.

  2. If that’s a Cane Corso then it’s crossed with a Pit Bull. Years ago I raised Pits, you can always tell by the eyes. Cane Corso’s are in the Mastiff family usually used as guard dogs, usually aggressive. Most Mastiffs aren’t bred to bark or bite but this one seems more aggressive than the others. I have English Mastiffs and Bullmastiffs and those are not aggressive. Some breeds aren’t good to mix with others and both of these fall into that category.

  3. I’m surprised they published this. This happens every single day, unannounced. They were careful not to mention that one of them is pit bull mixed.

One of the worst was a girl walking her two pit bulls on a familiar trail. Her body was found……in 6 different places. I wonder how many times she told people – “They don’t bite”

    1. Pit Bulls aren’t born mean it their owners. In this article it says that the Cane Corso mix was a security dog in Dubai where is was trained as a guard dog. I would guess the training these dogs go through in Dubai probably isn’t the nicest. People are to blame for this not the animals. I raised Pit Bulls years ago mine died of old age at 15 and never bit anyone. But then again I didn’t tie them outside on tow chains having them live in the dirt, they had a loving home where they were never hungry or hit. You blame the dog since the only thing you probably know about Pits is what you see on CNN.

        1. Sure you haven’t you spew bs just like them. You know nothing about Pits only the crap you have been told. People like you are the problem too bad we can’t do to you what you want done to these dogs!
