A former “Survivor” contestant was attacked with a metal pipe and a saw blade in a terrifying assault inside her California pilates studio, police said Tuesday.

Michelle Yi, who appeared in the “Fiji” edition of the reality show in 2007, was just opening the facility in Santa Monica around 6 a.m. Thursday when a woman lunged at her in what police believe was one of three random attacks that morning.

The enraged suspect struck her in the face with the pipe and poked her with a rusted metal blade, Santa Monica Police Lt. Rudy Flores told the Daily News. Yi, 37, sustained a laceration to her face and drove herself to a hospital for treatment, Flores said.

Yi said the woman also struck her in the bicep and repeatedly hit her in the face and hand with the pipe.

“She was yelling all sorts of things like, ‘You stole my identity’ and, ‘You’re a prostitute,’” Yi told People.

“My face split open,” she said. “Blood was everywhere.”

The 25-year-old attacker was taken into custody after cops found her “acting erratically and striking vehicles” a short time later, according to police. She’s accused of attacking two other people around the same time that morning.

The suspect appeared in court Monday and was charged with three counts of assault with a deadly weapon. Her exact motive remains under investigation, but Flores said she appears to suffer from a mental illness and had not been taking her medication.

The woman, whose name is being withheld because of her mental health, had been reported missing out of the Fresno area days before the assault but did not have a known address, authorities said.

Yi‘s friends and supporters were shocked to learn about the attack.

“I’m absolutely horrified. I’m so sorry this happened to you,” Peih-Gee Law wrote on Twitter.

“Horrified and disgusted. Sending healing vibes and Prayers,” said “Survivor” winner Mike Holloway.
