President Donald Trump is facing another round of embarrassing online speculation after a strange, box-shaped bulge appeared beneath his suit during a campaign rally in Tennessee.
The 80-year-old president was caught on camera dancing onstage Saturday, October 10, in Clarksville when an unusual protrusion near the back of his waistline became visible through his jacket.
The footage, shared on X by White House aide Margo Martin, quickly attracted attention from social media users questioning what could be underneath Trump’s clothing.

Some critics suggested he might be wearing an adult diaper, while others wondered whether the shape could be caused by a medical device. However, there is no verified evidence supporting either theory, and the footage alone cannot establish what caused the unusual outline.
The latest incident comes less than a month after a similar bulge appeared during Trump’s September 16 visit to North Carolina.
During that appearance, Martin recorded the president speaking with reporters outside Air Force One. The footage showed a box-like shape near his lower back that appeared to create an unusual wrinkle in his suit jacket.
The September video prompted questions about Trump’s health, with some online commentators speculating about medical equipment or other personal items concealed beneath his clothing.
The White House responded angrily when The Daily Beast sought an explanation.
Spokesman Davis Ingle dismissed the questions as baseless conspiracy theories and accused the publication of targeting Trump for political reasons.
Ingle also defended the president’s physical and mental fitness, praising his energy, work ethic and accessibility while accusing Democrats and the media of concealing former President Joe Biden’s health problems.
Despite that forceful response, the administration has not publicly identified what caused the bulge.
Trump’s health has received heightened attention during his second term, particularly because he became the oldest person inaugurated as U.S. president when he returned to office in January 2025.
Photographs showing bruising on his hands and swelling around his ankles have previously raised questions. The White House has attributed the bruising to frequent handshaking and aspirin use, while officials disclosed in 2025 that Trump had been diagnosed with chronic venous insufficiency, a condition affecting blood circulation in the legs.
Neither explanation establishes any connection to the shape seen beneath his suit.
Saturday’s appearance was part of a Republican campaign rally ahead of the November midterm elections. Trump addressed supporters about his administration’s economic agenda, public safety efforts and political priorities before showing off his familiar dance moves.
But the brief moment caught on camera has now become another viral distraction for the president.
For now, the object or clothing feature responsible for the unusual outline remains unidentified, leaving social media users debating a mystery that neither the footage nor the White House’s previous response has resolved.
