President fires off 42 posts in 10 hours amid mounting questions about his health
Donald Trump is alive — and he wants everyone to know it.
After four days of vanishing from public view, the president launched an overnight Truth Social storm late Saturday, firing off 42 posts in just 10 hours. His topics jumped wildly, from the “Russia Hoax” and Chicago’s recent mass shooting to veteran suicides, tariffs, and even the death of wrestling legend Hulk Hogan.
The online barrage came after speculation about Trump’s health exploded earlier this week. The 79-year-old president was last seen on Monday leaving his Palm Beach golf club, looking unsteady and visibly bruised. Photos showed swollen ankles, bandaged hands, and what some observers described as “labored walking,” fueling trending hashtags like #TrumpDead and #WhereIsTrump on X.
A Weekend Social Media Meltdown
In one post, Trump declared, “A big year ahead for the USA, maybe the BEST EVER, if the Tariffs are finally approved by the courts!!!”
Minutes later, he veered off-topic entirely, demanding, “Voter I.D. Must Be a Part of Every Single Vote… NO EXCEPTIONS!”
Another head-scratcher came when he slammed “Blue Slips” without explanation, calling them “bad for the Republican Party, and our Country!”
Trump also shared a string of AI-generated images portraying himself as a police officer, a SWAT commando, and even a galactic overlord — leaving many followers baffled. “Is he trolling us, or is this a cry for help?” one user commented under a screenshot of the posts.
The Rose Garden Rant
Trump saved his most passionate energy for an oddly detailed tirade about White House renovations, particularly damage to newly installed limestone in the Rose Garden.
“I used the most beautiful marble and stone available anywhere,” he wrote. “Three days ago, I noticed a huge gash in the limestone that extended more than 25 yards long. It was deep and nasty! I started yelling, ‘Who did this?!’ — and I didn’t say it nicely.”
He went on to blame a subcontractor using “a steel cart that was broken and tilting badly” for scraping the stonework, vowing to “replace the stone, charge the contractor, and never let that contractor work at the White House again.”
“How great is the video equipment? We caught them, cold,” he boasted, signing off with his familiar rallying cry: “MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!”
Health Questions Linger
Despite his fiery posts, questions about Trump’s health remain. Earlier this year, the White House revealed that Trump has chronic venous insufficiency, a condition that restricts blood flow to the heart and often causes swelling in the legs.
Doctors insist it’s manageable, but his bruised hands, slurred speech at recent rallies, and repeated stumbles onstage have continued to spark concern. The administration attributes the discoloration to aspirin use and “vigorous hand-shaking,” but critics aren’t convinced.
“The country has a right to know if its president is fit to serve,” said Dr. Michael Lawton, a former White House physician under President George W. Bush. “When a 79-year-old man disappears for four days, then reappears with injuries and unleashes a social media firestorm, it’s not unreasonable for people to ask questions.”
Silence From the West Wing
The White House has yet to comment on the four-day absence or the late-night Truth Social blitz. Officials also declined to respond when asked if the president had undergone any medical procedures this week.
Meanwhile, Trump’s allies are brushing off the speculation. “President Trump is as sharp as ever,” campaign adviser Jason Miller told Fox News on Sunday morning. “He’s fighting for America 24/7. That’s why he’s posting — he’s not hiding.”
Still, online theories persist, and many wonder whether Saturday night’s posting spree was meant to reassure his base or distract from deeper issues.
As one trending comment put it bluntly: “If Trump’s fine, why does he sound like he’s yelling into the void?”

I know Jen Paski apparently prayers is worthless and useless. The Bible teaches to pray without ceasing and that we are to pray for those in authority over us aka our leaders. The strain of the office of the President even wears down the best of men and women it is an awesome responsibility. Even Jesus had to escape the crowds and try to rest once in awhile. The need is great the Laborers are few. Learn to pray and trust God he sees everything it doesn’t mean he approves everything. There are only 4 powers in the Universe: Good and Evil; Man; and Natural Law. 3 of these are not under Gods control yet He gets all the blame. God has power; Evil has power the Prince of the Air; Man has power to take a life precious to God including his own; Nature has Power i.e. Earthquake, Floods, Pestilence, Famine, Gravity, Winds, Hurricanes, Tornado’s. Prayer works all prayers will one day be answered even the illiterate will have prayers answered that others asked on their behalf. God and Country hasn’t changed. Peace everyone Happy Labor Day.
