In a twist that sounds more like a political thriller than prison gossip, convicted sex trafficker Ghislaine Maxwell is now at the center of a wild claim: that she once tried to hand President Joe Biden’s team damaging information on Donald Trump—only to come up empty.

Maxwell, 63, is serving a 20-year sentence for recruiting and grooming young girls for Jeffrey Epstein, the disgraced financier who died in a Manhattan jail in 2019. But according to one former fellow inmate, Maxwell believed she could turn her infamy into freedom.

“It was common knowledge inside Tallahassee,” said Kathryn Comolli, who served time alongside Maxwell at the Federal Correctional Institution in Florida. “I heard her tell another inmate she had dirt on Trump and that it would get her a pardon from Biden. I guess Biden’s camp just didn’t want to go down that route.”

Maxwell, a onetime British socialite educated at Oxford and fluent in four languages, was a stark contrast to most of the women at FCI Tallahassee. Comolli says the other inmates—crammed into a horseshoe-shaped dorm with four toilets for 140 women—mocked her as “that big-money b—h.”

The prison life she endured was far from the jet-set world she once ruled. “We had moldy lettuce, expired tomatoes, half-frozen milk, and pancakes,” Comolli recalled. “When it rained, we stuffed maxi pads into the cracks in the ceiling to keep dry.”

Despite the claims, Maxwell’s attorney David Oscar Markus dismissed the story outright. “There are plenty of absurd rumors out there—but this one, patently false, might just take the cake,” he told The Daily Beast.

Maxwell’s association with Trump dates back decades, thanks to her deep ties to Epstein. The trio were photographed together in the 1990s, long before Epstein’s arrest. Trump’s name has appeared in federal files related to Epstein, though he has never been accused of wrongdoing.

Biden’s Department of Justice has been blunt about Maxwell’s credibility—or lack thereof. In a 2022 sentencing memo, prosecutors wrote she was “unreliable” and “utterly lacking in remorse,” noting she lied under oath and shifted her story whenever it suited her.

“She apparently decides when she wishes to disclose facts to the Court, and those facts shift when it serves the defendant’s interests,” the memo said.

After the alleged Biden approach went nowhere, Maxwell reportedly changed strategy. In a nine-hour session this month with Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche—who once served as Trump’s defense attorney—she swore she had “never” seen Trump act inappropriately.

Not long after, she was moved to the cushier Federal Prison Camp Bryan in Texas, a minimum-security facility with dorm-style housing, a game room, arts and crafts, and video calls with family.

“She made a deal with the devil to get that transfer,” Comolli alleged.

Her new home also houses other high-profile inmates, including Theranos founder Elizabeth Holmes and Real Housewives star Jen Shah.

Whether Maxwell truly tried to swap Trump dirt for a Biden pardon remains a matter of dispute. But one thing is certain: for a woman convicted of enabling one of America’s most notorious predators, her story is far from over.

  1. Dear Juju
    I understand you despise Trump.

However, use some common sense here…. The Democrats attacked Trump in every way possible to try to stop him; lawsuits galore etc. If there was anything in the governments’s files showing Trump as a pedofile or they could get access to that information from Maxwell don’t you think they’d use it? Pardons were no big deal for Biden, he even did Oardons before someone was charged, he even pardoned Hunter , even though there are 170 filed SAR reports against him and Hunter! So trading a pardon for information to GET Trump would have been business as usual!

The fact they didn’t quite frankly means there is nothing!

    Use your common sense!! Please
