In a stunning rebuke to her own party’s leadership, Georgia Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene issued an ultimatum Saturday that puts her at direct odds with the Trump administration — and throws a wrench into Republican efforts to pass a critical budget bill.

The firebrand Republican made clear that her vote is off the table unless sweeping concessions are made.
