Meghan McCain stirred up social media drama on Friday, threatening to reveal her late father John McCain’s true opinions about Vice President Kamala Harris. The former View co-host took to X (formerly Twitter) to voice her frustration a day after Harris referenced the Arizona senator at a campaign rally.

In a fiery post, McCain accused Democrats of manipulating her father’s legacy for political gain. “Now, I know Democrats want to reinvent history and turn my dad into any illusion you guys need him to be depending on the political moment you need to bastardize his memory for,” the 39-year-old tweeted. “But please don’t make me start sharing what I remember him ACTUALLY saying about Kamala Harris…”

And then came the kicker: “Consider this my final warning, I will start spilling tea.”

Her bold claim came in response to a story Harris shared during a rally in Scottsdale, Arizona. Harris recounted a 2018 encounter with John McCain before his passing, where he supposedly offered her some encouraging words: “I passed by John McCain, and he looks at me and says, ‘Kid, come over here. You’re going to make a great senator.’ True story,” Harris told the crowd, emphasizing McCain’s legacy as an “incredible American hero.”

While Harris praised McCain, she took a subtle jab at former President Trump, who notoriously insulted McCain in 2015 by saying, “He’s only a war hero because he got captured. I like people that weren’t captured.”

Meghan McCain’s cryptic threat to spill the tea has social media buzzing—what did John McCain really think of Kamala Harris? Could we be in for a dramatic reveal? Only time will tell. Stay tuned.
