While I like Scalise, I just don’t think he is strong enough. It will be the same as McCarty! We need a speaker with a set of balls, that will not cave to Democrats.
I personally prefer our leaders use their brain instead of the balls.

The Budget Deal was NOT a cave to Democrats, the Republicans got a lot of what they were seeking. Not a fan of MCCarthy , but he got a decent deal.
The act to remove him was a personal tantrum from Gaetz and his thugs and I honestly doubt they can get a Speaker for a while

A Speaker needs the balls to do the right things, McCarthy lacked them and is gone… hopefully we get a good Speaker this time… the temporary one isn’t it, he was suggested by McCarthy and has already proved himself a mistake…

Until they remove that ability for a single member to call a vote to vacate the position, House Speaker is not a job anybody would really want or get to keep for long.
