Donald Trump is set for an international trip amid massive court troubles in America.
Trump will visit his properties in Ireland and Scotland during his international trip.
The former president will be in Scotland on May 6 to play a round of golf. That’s the same day Charles III will be coronated as the King of England. However, the former president isn’t invited to the official ceremony, according to The Telegraph.
Some speculate that the snub is related to the recently releasing of personal letters between Trump and the royals.
Earlier this week, Trump published correspondence from Charles, written in 1995 when he was the Prince of Wales, that thanked Trump for offering honorary membership to the Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida. He did so without the King of England’s permission.
Trump also published correspondence with Diana, Princess of Wales, sent in July 1997, weeks before her death.
“They truly are quite magnificent,” she wrote about some flowers Trump sent her. “I am deeply touched that you have thought of me in this special way.”
However, James Cleverly, the Foreign Secretary, said simply that “individuals” are not usually invited to such events.
“We don’t invite individuals. What we do is we invite a representative or two representatives from each country with which we have a diplomatic relationship,” he told Times Radio, as he addressed the decision to allow the Chinese vice president, who led Beijing’s brutal crackdown on Hong Kong, to attend.
Trump’s legal battles may be another reason he won’t be attending as Charles doesn’t want to be associated to the bad press.
Trump stands accused of 34 felonies in New York relating to campaign finance violations centering on an alleged hush money payment to adult film actress Stormy Daniels in order to secure her silence about a previous affair during the 2016 presidential campaign.
Trump also faces a civil lawsuit from E. Jean Carroll, an author who alleges Trump raped her.

Now that she is gone, his Buffoonery is on full display, his wokeness is tainting the Monarchy & the demise of the Royal family has begun.
