Donald Trump is once again facing an avalanche of online speculation about his appearance after a new video showed what critics described as a strange, boxy bulge beneath the back of the president’s suit.
The clip, which circulated widely on social media, showed Trump walking away from an event as viewers began zooming in on what appeared to be an unusual shape beneath his jacket and around the back of his pants.

“What the hell is going on with Trump’s rump? Why does it look like there’s a box on his right cheek?” social media personality Brian Krassenstein asked his nearly 500,000 followers on X.
The post immediately set off a political firestorm.
Trump supporters accused critics of obsessing over the president’s backside, while others piled onto long-running and completely unverified rumors that Trump may wear some type of protective undergarment.
“Why the hell are you looking at Trump’s ass? Quit being weird,” one person fired back.
But other users argued that the unusual shape was difficult to ignore.
“Because Trump’s a– looks abnormal,” one commenter wrote.
“It’s huge and protruding. Kinda hard to miss,” another added.
One critic even joked that Trump was wearing “bulletproof diapers.”
There is no confirmed evidence that Trump wears an adult diaper, and the latest images do not establish what, if anything, was underneath his clothing. But that hasn’t stopped the rumor from repeatedly roaring back across social media.
Similar speculation exploded following Trump’s Memorial Day appearance at Arlington National Cemetery on May 25.
Trump traveled to the cemetery to lay a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in honor of fallen U.S. service members.
Communications adviser Margo Martin shared a photograph of the ceremony showing Trump standing with his hands clasped in front of him.
Instead of focusing on the solemn occasion, some of the president’s critics quickly began analyzing the way his suit and pants fit, once again making crude claims about what might have been underneath.
The online chatter had already been fueled by another recent Trump television appearance.
During an interview with Norah O’Donnell on “60 Minutes,” viewers noticed what appeared to be a bulge along the side of Trump’s suit while he was seated.
Critics immediately seized on the image, with one social media user claiming the president appeared to be wearing a “very thick adult diaper.”
Again, no evidence was presented proving that allegation.
Still, the repeated scrutiny comes as Trump’s age, health and public appearances remain closely watched — particularly by political opponents eager to highlight anything they believe raises questions about the president’s condition.
Trump allies, meanwhile, have dismissed the online frenzy as juvenile and politically motivated, accusing Democrats and anti-Trump commentators of turning an awkward camera angle or badly fitting suit into another viral conspiracy.
Whatever caused the strange-looking shape in the latest footage remains unclear.
But in the hypercharged world surrounding Trump, even the back of the president’s suit has apparently become enough to launch another political war online.
