President Donald Trump’s 80th birthday celebration is already taking a beating.

Trump had hoped to mark the milestone with a made-for-TV spectacle on Sunday: a full-blown UFC cage-fighting event on the South Lawn of the White House.

The president, members of his Cabinet, and roughly 4,000 spectators are expected to attend the mixed martial arts event, where a giant structure known as “The Claw” has been built on the White House grounds.

But outside the guest list, the party is not exactly getting a hero’s welcome.

CNN pollster Harry Enten delivered a brutal reality check on Sunday, saying Americans are not impressed by the White House fight night.

“Let’s just say this much: they do not like it,” Enten said.

According to the polling data, only 16 percent of Americans said they believed a UFC-style event was appropriate at the White House. Even Trump’s own party showed signs of hesitation, with just 31 percent of Republicans saying they approved.

Enten said the backlash points to a larger problem for the president.

“I think this is the big problem here,” he said. “Americans just don’t think that Donald Trump and this White House is in touch with them, because they put on stuff like that that Americans don’t really care about.”

The criticism comes as many voters remain focused on inflation and the cost of living. CNN polling found that three out of five Americans view the White House as out of touch with the country.

“So, all of a sudden, you have a White House that is putting on, potentially putting on events such as these UFC fights, and you know Americans’ top issue is inflation,” Enten said.

As if the poll numbers were not bad enough, Trump’s birthday bash may now have to battle Mother Nature.

Severe weather is threatening to crash the party in Washington, D.C., with heavy thunderstorms, lightning, brutal humidity, and even a possible tornado in the forecast.

A White House official told The Hill that “standard contingency plans for weather are in place to ensure the safety of the president and all patrons.”

The Weather Channel warned of a “chaotic weather setup,” with a 60 percent chance of thunderstorms, heavy rain, and wind gusts reaching up to 34 mph.

The outlet also warned that while the massive 92-foot overhang is expected to keep the octagon dry, one lightning strike within eight miles would force an automatic 30-minute freeze on the entire event.

Guests may also be facing another unpleasant surprise: swarms of mosquitoes and gnats in the muggy Washington heat.

For Trump, the birthday bash was supposed to be a knockout celebration.

Instead, it may be remembered as the party that got hit from every direction.
