Marjorie Taylor Greene Sparks Conspiracies with Bizarre “I’m Not Suicidal” Post

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene threw her followers — and even some fellow Republicans — into a frenzy this weekend after she declared on social media that she is “not suicidal,” suggesting shadowy forces might try to silence her over her push to release the long-hidden Jeffrey Epstein files.

The Georgia congresswoman’s comments, posted Saturday evening, came just minutes after she reaffirmed her support for a controversial discharge petition led by Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY) that would force the House to vote on releasing thousands of pages of sealed documents tied to the disgraced financier and convicted sex offender.

“I stand with girls and women who are sexually abused and raped. Period,” Greene wrote. “The Epstein pedophile network must be exposed.”

But moments later, her tone shifted into something darker. “I am not suicidal and one of the happiest, healthiest people you will meet,” Greene told her followers. “If something happens to me, I ask you all to find out which foreign government or powerful people would take heinous actions to stop the information from coming out.”

For Republicans, it’s a dangerous spotlight on an issue they’d rather keep in the shadows.

As for Greene, she seems to know exactly what she’s doing. “The People understand what I’m saying,” she concluded in her late-night post.
