The Fox News host ripped on Kavanaugh after he voted to knock down Biden’s most important vaccine mandate but ruled that a smaller one could continue.
Hours after Brett Kavanaugh joined the Supreme Court’s five other conservative judges and struck down Joe Biden’s employer vaccine mandate, Tucker Carlson blasted him as a “cringing little liberal” because he and Chief Justice John Roberts upheld a mandate for medical workers.
The moment came after Carlson’s guest, Harmeet Dhillon, CEO of the Center for American Liberties, said that “10 million health-care workers do need to get vaccinated if they wish to keep their jobs, which is unfortunate given the massive shortage that we have of health-care workers right now in our hospitals.”
Carlson interjected: “Yeah, with no help from Brett Kavanaugh, I notice—cringing little liberal.”
The Fox News talker cheered the 6-3 decision from the conservative judges, including Kavanaugh, to strike down Biden’s mandate aimed at businesses with more than 100 employees.
This, Carlson declared, was a blessing for “millions of Americans waiting to get fired from their jobs because they won’t obey this arbitrary command from the president.”

These people were HEROS during the beginning of pandemic. Bein exposed Dailey to covid an possibly bringing home to loved ones. Now. Just because. They don’t want vaccine. For their own reasons. They will have no job. INSANITY. Maybe cause of their exposure they are immune. Who knows. Maybe they don’t want shot because they have seen side effects. Who knows. They have a reason. An that goof ball Biden has no right to mandate it. He should be put out of office for endangering America with all his executive orders. Food shortage. Price gouging an most of all his dam immigrants flooding our country. Carrying who knows what. Treason.
Kavanagh is a “small cringing liberal” and a coward. I wonder how it was possible to make such a mistake choosing this crying nonentity to the Supreme Court. It was necessary to understand that instead of making the most important decisions for our country, he would simply “cry”.

Is this how the SCOTUS rewards America’s finest—-the angels of mercy in the medical corps? Instead of thanking them for two years of courageous service amid pandemic, the SCOTUS strips away their right to choose whether to be vaccinated for COVID? Whatever happened to the high court’s precedent of “my body, my choice.” Sixty million abortions are A-okay, but God forbid that our medical personnel have the same medical choices that us civilians have? The SCOTUS’ John Roberts and Brett Kavanaugh and their liberal colleagues should hang their heads in shame over this fateful decision that denies equal protection to the medical corps. We will remember their abandonment of judicial principle and watch their future court decision more closely for additional spinelessness and lack of regard. Associate Justice Sonia Sotamayor was a tremendous disappointment for basing her decision on false premises and out-and-out falsehood. But thank you to the SCOTUS majority for still allowing those of us, the 80 million who work in the private sector, to continue to choose under our physician’s guidance the medical procedures we undertake. May it always be thus that Americans live free.
Not all health care workers know all there is to know about medicine. According to government figures, about 30% of health care workers are unvaccinated, the rest saw benefits to the vaccine. Tobacco has been known to be a health problem since the 1960s and yet, according to government figures, 21% of medical professionals smoke. We hear about some of these professionals having serious problems with drug addictions, even though they should know the dangers better than most people. Not all of these professionals are experts in their fields. The only reason they are called professional is because they get paid. Perhaps we should be focusing on which professionals turn down the vaccine, and why.
