Howard Stern and his wife Beth are facing explosive allegations from a former employee who claims life inside their sprawling mansion was anything but glamorous.

According to a lawsuit obtained by TMZ, former staffer Leslie Kuhn is suing the couple, alleging she was forced to work in what she describes as an “untenable” and “hostile” environment during her two years living and working inside their massive 20,000-square-foot home in Southampton.

Kuhn claims the job quickly became overwhelming, pointing to what she calls “immense pressures” tied to the couple’s animal rescue operations — which she alleges were disorganized and difficult to manage.

Beth Stern runs a well-known rescue effort called Beth’s Furry Friends out of the home, where thousands of cats and kittens have reportedly been fostered and placed into homes over the years. Howard himself has previously spoken about how many animals live in their home, admitting they often become attached to them.

But Kuhn claims the reality behind the scenes was far more chaotic.

In her lawsuit, she alleges the rescue work created stressful and unmanageable conditions inside the household, though she does not go into detail about what specifically made the operations “irresponsible.”

And that wasn’t all.

Kuhn says she was stretched thin handling a long list of responsibilities — from overseeing the cat fostering operation to managing staff schedules, payroll, and the day-to-day operations of the mansion.

She also claims she was ultimately fired after enduring the difficult conditions.

One of the most shocking parts of the lawsuit centers around a nondisclosure agreement. Kuhn alleges she was required to sign an NDA that may have been altered, claiming the electronic signature was backdated to years before she actually signed it at the time of her termination.

She is now asking a judge to void that agreement.

So far, Howard and Beth Stern have not publicly responded to the allegations.
