It started with a simple request — “please lower your voice.”

It ended with chaos, blood, and viral video madness inside a Miami Planet Fitness.

Police say 35-year-old Kiara Bryant exploded in rage at a Planet Fitness in Little Havana on December 12 after a staffer asked her to calm down in the locker room.

Instead of walking away, Bryant stormed out, screamed at the employee, and — as video now shows — vaulted over the front desk like an Olympic hurdler, landing on top of the worker and pummeling him with her fists.

“She went absolutely psycho,” one horrified witness told local reporters. “People were screaming and running for the exit. Nobody could believe what they were seeing.”

The employee tried to cover his head, but Bryant kept swinging, striking him again and again as stunned gym-goers recorded the madness on their phones.

By the time cops arrived, Bryant had stripped off her clothes and was running through the parking lot, cursing and trying to fight everyone in sight, according to the police report.

“She admitted she got in his face and flinched at him,” officers wrote, adding that she was “completely erratic.”

Bryant was arrested and charged with battery and disorderly conduct — both misdemeanors. She posted a $150 bond and was released.

The Planet Fitness employee suffered a broken nose and severe emotional distress, according to his attorney Alecsander Kohn.

“She took things way too far — brutally battered our client and left him hospitalized,” Kohn told CBS Miami. “All he did was ask her to quiet down.”

Planet Fitness issued a statement calling the assault “unacceptable,” emphasizing that the chain has a “zero-tolerance policy for violence.”

Clips of the attack — first posted to Instagram by user @vilpapi — have now racked up over 5 million views, sparking an online firestorm.

“Planet Fitness should’ve thrown her out before she threw punches,” one commenter wrote. Another added: “Only in Florida.”

Bryant’s next court hearing is pending.

But for one shaken Miami gym employee, the nightmare is far from over. “He just went to work that day,” said a co-worker. “He didn’t sign up to be someone’s punching bag.”
