President Trump is in a frenzy. House Republicans are gathering signatures to force a vote on releasing all Jeffrey Epstein files. And some GOP members are breaking ranks — fast.
On Tuesday evening, September 3, 2025, the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee (GOP-controlled) unveiled 33,000+ Epstein documents. But here’s the kicker: 97% of them were already public.
Democrat ranking member Rep. Robert Garcia blasted the move:
“To the American people – don’t let this fool you. House Republicans are trying to make a spectacle of releasing already-public documents.”
Behind the scenes, a bipartisan coalition led by Republican Rep. Thomas Massie (KY) and Democrat Rep. Ro Khanna (CA) is fighting for transparency. They introduced a discharge petition demanding every Epstein-related government record be made public.
Right now, Massie and Khanna are just two GOP votes away from the magic 218 — assuming all 212 Democrats sign on. Among the Republican signatories so far:
- Thomas Massie
- Nancy Mace — who revealed herself to be a “recent survivor,” visibly moved at the victims’ meeting.
- Lauren Boebert
- Marjorie Taylor Greene
Greene tweeted her support:
“I’m committed to doing everything possible for the victims of Jeffrey Epstein. Including exposing the cabal of rich and powerful elites that enabled this. I’m proud to be signing @RepThomasMassie’s discharge petition.”
That tweet dropped after the signings, showing that even Trump’s usual allies are turning against his obstruction.
The White House deployed a hardball political warning: helping Massie and “liberal Democrats” push for a full document dump would be “viewed as a very hostile act” against President Trump. Meanwhile, Trump himself whispered nothing about Epstein on Truth Social — classic dodge.
Rep. Massie called it out:
“There’s a major pressure campaign from the White House right now.”
“But I think there are enough Republicans listening to victims to force this vote.”
Rep. Khanna echoed the urgency:
“The President ran on releasing the files, and the Attorney General said there’s a client list — the files must be released.”
“We must preserve trust in government. We should release everything, distinguish between scholarship recipients and sex-party guests.”
This isn’t just a political skirmish. It’s a test of accountability. Will Trump’s GOP hide the truth, or will a handful of principled Congress members override the White House? The next few days could change history.

This is for the dumbbells that has this site. Nobody is stopping the Epstein files from being revealed. You have court cases involving the victims and hold up things because to protect them. They just released a lot more documents just the other day. Please remember Mr. Epstein was a proud Democrat who raised money for you, guessed it, Democrats! By the way I’ve yet to see any negative stories about Democrats or independent politicians. I wonder why?
Gazillion THUMBS UP !!!!!!!!!
Open the files show how the powerful and rich entertain themselves I think both sides are guilty
